     verbal acknowledgment or phone call. Once confirmed, SB Store is not
     responsible for any claims regarding non-receipt or missing items.
 - Customer Information:
 Please provide accurate name, address, contact number, and nearby
     landmarks to ensure successful delivery.
 - Missed Delivery:
 If delivery is missed, our team will contact you to reschedule. No extra
     charges apply for a second attempt.
 - Delays:
 Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen
     issues. Customers will be updated via WhatsApp or phone call in
     such cases.

 SB Store confirms delivery status using internal records and
     direct rider feedback. Once the rider has confirmed the order was
     delivered, it will be treated as fulfilled.
